Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and meet your guide.
Visit Munneswaram Temple, where Lord Rama prayed to Lord Shiva after his battle with Ravana.
Then visit Manavari Temple, where Lord Rama installed the first lingam, known as Ramalinga.
Overnight Stay: Negombo / Chilaw
After breakfast, drive to Kandy, the cultural capital of Sri Lanka.
En route, stop at Muneswaram Temple (optional second darshan) and Matale Spice Garden.
In the evening, visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic and enjoy a Kandy cultural show.
Overnight Stay: Kandy
Visit Sri Baktha Hanuman Temple at Ramboda, believed to mark where Hanuman searched for Sita Devi.
See the beautiful Ramboda Falls, and stop at a tea plantation for a factory tour and tasting.
Arrive in Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England.”
Overnight Stay: Nuwara Eliya
Visit the Seetha Amman Temple, where Sita Devi was held captive by King Ravana.
See the stream where Sita bathed and the footprints said to belong to Hanuman.
Next, visit Hakgala Botanical Garden (Ashok Vatika) — believed to be the original garden of Ravana’s palace.
Evening free to relax by Gregory Lake.
Overnight Stay: Nuwara Eliya
Travel through the hills to Ella, visiting Divurumpola Temple, where Sita underwent the “Agni Pariksha” (test of fire).
Then visit Ravana Falls and Ravana Cave, said to be one of Ravana’s hiding places.
Continue to Kataragama, a major pilgrimage site.
Overnight Stay: Kataragama
Visit Kataragama Temple, dedicated to Lord Murugan (Skanda), worshiped by all faiths.
Drive to Galle, visiting Rumasala Hill, believed to be part of the Himalayan mountain carried by Hanuman.
Also visit Seenigama Temple, located on a small island, said to be blessed by Rama’s power.
Overnight Stay: Galle / Bentota
After breakfast, travel to Colombo.
Visit the Kelaniya Temple, where Vibheeshana was crowned King of Lanka by Lord Rama.
Depending on your flight, enjoy a short city tour before your airport transfer.
